Ryan Ly balanced his client responsibilities with support of 18 agents working across multiple markets, while also driving the sale of such successful series as Good Girls Revolt, Better Call Saul, and Making a Murderer.

Ryan Ly initially joined the team at Creative Artists Agency in 2005. Having received his bachelor of arts in English and film studies from the University of Pennsylvania, he relocated to Los Angeles and became a trainee in television representation. He became a fully qualified agent in 2008 and quickly established himself as a leading driver of client bookings both within the agency and in the industry as a whole.

During awards season, Ryan Ly stood out as the agent most associated with writers nominated for Golden Globe, Writers Guild, and Emmy Awards. He connected his clients with opportunities on leading series, including The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones, and accepted his appointment to department leadership in 2013, becoming the youngest person in company history to do so.
